vXv Priority Report
Knowing who represents you will always be free. Launching soon, the vXv Priority Report will research each of these subjects in plain language, with sources and the same way for every party, and present the findings to lawmakers and vXv members:
- Where officials stand: what each official says they support, from their own statements, bills and votes
- Property taxes: assessments, rates, homestead and senior exemptions, and how each official has voted on them
- Eminent domain: when government can take private land, and who has proposed or voted on limits
- Zoning and housing: land-use rules, rezonings, housing supply and affordability decisions
- Short-term rentals: local permit, tax and rental rules by county and city
- Heirs’ property: family land without clear title, and state laws that protect or put it at risk
- Your county and state: property-rights laws and local ordinances where you live
